Welcome to OverDrive Auto Sales & Service. By purchasing a vehicle or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Vehicle Sales
All vehicles are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
OverDrive Auto Sales & Service makes every effort to provide accurate information about each vehicle, but we encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and test drive any vehicle prior to purchase.
Vehicle history reports may be provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be complete.
2. No Return Policy
All vehicle sales are final.
OverDrive Auto Sales & Service maintains a strict No Return, No Exchange, No Refund Policy once a purchase is completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle meets their needs and expectations prior to signing the purchase agreement.
3. Warranties and Disclaimers
Unless expressly included in the purchase contract, vehicles are sold without warranty (express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.
Extended warranties or service contracts may be available for purchase separately.
4. Financing
Financing options may be offered through third-party lenders. Approval is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all financing terms prior to entering into an agreement.
5. Service Department
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Any repairs or maintenance performed by OverDrive Auto Sales & Service are subject to the terms of the service agreement provided at the time of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
OverDrive Auto Sales & Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of any vehicle or service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MI, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
